Privacy Policy
Entrusted is a free Bible training ministry. We collect as little personal information as possible, and we never sell it to anyone. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Course enrollment. When you enroll in a course, you create a student account on Coursebox, our course platform. Coursebox collects your name, email address, and your course progress (lessons completed and quiz results), and shares that information with us so we can serve you as a student.
- Messages. If you contact us by WhatsApp, Facebook, or email, we receive the information you choose to send, along with the contact details of the account you send it from.
- Website visits. Our website host may collect basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site working and secure. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To give you access to free courses and track your progress toward certificates.
- To answer your questions and help you study.
- To invite faithful students into further training and trainer opportunities.
- To improve our courses and website.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never publish your name or results without your permission.
- We never share your information with anyone outside the ministry and the service providers named here, unless the law requires it.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to run this ministry: our website is built on a website-hosting platform, and our courses run on Coursebox. If you message us on WhatsApp or Facebook, those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any platform you use.
Your safety
We know that in some countries, studying the Bible carries risk. We treat your information with care. We will never publicly identify you as a student, and we encourage you to contact us through whichever channel is safest for you.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your student account and data. Write to us at info@entrustedtraining.org and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Children
Our training is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Terms of Use
Welcome to Entrusted. By using this website and our courses, you agree to these simple terms.
Who we are
Entrusted is a Christian training ministry offering free online Bible courses. We are not a registered school, college, or accredited institution, and our certificates are ministry recognitions of completed study, not government-recognized academic degrees.
Free courses
All our courses are free. We will never ask you for payment, and no one is authorized to charge you money for access to Entrusted training. If anyone asks you to pay for our courses, please report it to us at info@entrustedtraining.org.
Honest work
Our training is built on faithfulness. By enrolling, you agree to do your own coursework, complete your own quizzes, and represent your progress honestly. Students who submit dishonest work may lose access to the training pathway.
Using our materials
You are welcome — and encouraged — to use what you learn to teach others. Course materials remain the property of Entrusted or their respective copyright holders. You may not sell our materials, remove our name from them, or present them as your own work. Your conduct
When you interact with us or with other students, agree to communicate with honesty and respect. We may remove access for anyone who uses our platforms to harass others, spread false teaching in our name, or harm the ministry or its students.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the website and courses available, but we provide them “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or losses arising from use of the site. Links to other websites and platforms are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
